Through her counselling and the techniques in being mindful that Margot has taught me I am able to face my current issues with much more ease compared to before our first meeting. My situation has not changed however how I now deal with my emotions has. I am extremely grateful for the compassion shown by Margot and the help offered. Also that this was possible in my mother tongue, English, certainly made a difference as I am not able to express myself in so much detail in Dutch.
